The events start on Thursday, 14th September, with a dinner entirely signed by Andrea Berton at Restaurant Due Camini. An important appointment to taste the Chef’s essential and elegant cuisine, where flavors are always recognizable to the palate. Broth will be an uncommon protagonist of the menu, ennobled to real course and rearranged in a gourmet key.
On Friday,15th September, Restaurant Due Camini will host a four hands dinner by Berton and Domingo Schingaro, Borgo Egnazia executive Chef, paying a big tribute to the gastronomic cuisine from northern to southern Italy.
The event will end on Saturday 16th September with a great cooking show during which Andrea Berton will cook one of his most popular dish associating it with a passionate and fascinating speech explaining the steps that lead to the plate preparation.
